There are many factories in Tanggu Lingang Industrial Zone. Tianjin Lingang Industrial Zone is the largest industrial park in Tanggu, with many factories. Tianjin Lingang Industrial Zone is a national petrochemical base planned by the National Development and Reform Commission, one of the key development areas of Tianjin and Tianjin Binhai New Area in the 11th Five-Year Plan, and the core component of Tianjin Binhai New Area Chemical Industrial Zone and Lingang Industrial Zone. Lingang Industrial Zone is located in the south beach of Haihe River estuary in Tanggu District, adjacent to Tianjin Port, Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone and Tianjin Port Bonded Zone, and in the core area of Tianjin Binhai New Area and the center of Bohai Economic Circle.
