The opening hours of the new library of Jinan City are stipulated, and the opening hours are from 9: 00 am to 5: 00 pm, which is open all year round. On some holidays, Spring Festival, the opening hours of the new library will be adjusted, specifically from 9: 00 am to 4: 00 pm from New Year's Eve to the second day of the first month, from 9: 00 am to 12: 00 am on the third day of the first month, from 9: 00 am to 7: 00 pm in the south newspaper reading area on the first floor, and from 9: 00 am to 7: 00 pm in the newspaper reading area on the second floor and the study room on the fourth floor. On other holidays, New Year's Day holiday, the opening hours of the new museum are from 8: 30 am to 7: 30 pm. The night reading space of the new library is open from 9: 00 a.m. to 12: 00 a.m., and a separate appointment is required.
