The forklift license shall be examined by the safety production supervision and management department of the people's government, and shall be responsible for the safety technical training, examination, certification and review of special operations personnel within their respective administrative areas. The validity period of the special operation certificate is 6 years, and it will be reviewed once every 3 years. It needs to be re-examined after 6 years.

The practical test content of forklift drivers is divided into pile test and road test. Pile test is to use the specified piles to drive and operate on the site with preset size standards according to the specified driving route (including the specified accessories), and its purpose is to assess the students' ability to safely control vehicles. Road test is to operate according to a specific driving path.

Application conditions:

According to Article 10 of the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Special Equipment Operators (Order No.70 of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine), the applicant for the certificate of special equipment operators shall meet the following conditions:

2. Be in good health and meet the special requirements of the type of operation applied for;

3. Have an education level suitable for the application type;

4. Have work experience suitable for the type of application,
