Medical Nursing Level 2 English Test Time 2023

METS test is a national professional English test for medical and health personnel in China, which is jointly organized by the Talent Exchange Service Center of the National Health and Wellness Committee and China Education Association for International Exchange. METS test focuses on the ability of candidates to skillfully use professional language to study and work in medical environment. It is a reference standard for medical institutions to recruit and evaluate candidates' professional English ability, and a reference tool for assessing, evaluating and selecting medical personnel.

In order to promote the training of medical and health professionals, strengthen the construction of professional English ability of medical and health professionals, and promote the training of international talents in the medical and health industry, the Talent Exchange Service Center of the National Health and Wellness Commission and China Education Association for International Exchange jointly organized the Medical English Examination System (METS). METS examination plan is jointly formulated by the Talent Exchange Service Center of National Health and Wellness Committee and China Education Association for International Exchange. The Talent Exchange Service Center of the National Health and Wellness Committee is a public institution directly under the National Health and Wellness Committee established with the approval of the Office of the Central Organization Establishment Committee. Mainly responsible for the development and service of national health human resources, it is a professional examination institution in the health industry.

Responsible for organizing the implementation of national health professional and technical qualification examination, nurse qualification examination, senior health professional qualification examination, professional skill appraisal and other national examination items. China Education Association for International Exchanges, affiliated to the Ministry of Education of China, is a national social organization registered by the Ministry of Civil Affairs to carry out cooperation and exchanges between Chinese and foreign non-governmental education. The secretariat of the Association is a public institution directly under the Ministry of Education. METS is a national professional English test for medical and health professionals in China. METS examination standards are formulated according to the actual needs of hospitals in China, focusing on the ability of candidates to skillfully use professional languages for study and work in medical environment.
