Social personnel with household registration in the Economic Development Zone or holding residence permit in the Economic Development Zone and living in the administrative (jurisdictional) area of Gaoling (subject to the address determined in the household registration book and residence permit) are eligible to apply for the qualification of teachers in junior high schools, primary schools and kindergartens, and can apply in our district according to the principle of proximity.

Tips: The validity period of the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination is three years. (Eligible fresh graduates, undergraduates and postgraduates of full-time colleges and universities can choose to apply for teacher qualification at the place of residence registration or student status according to their own situation. )

Second, the identification conditions

(a) consciously abide by the Constitution and laws, love education, can fulfill the obligations stipulated in the "Teachers Law", and abide by the professional ethics of teachers.

(2) Education and other conditions.

(1) Those who apply for junior high school teacher qualification should have a bachelor's degree or above;

(two) to apply for the qualification of primary school and kindergarten teachers, they should have a college degree or above;

(three) to obtain the certificate of Putonghua proficiency test level 2 and above; To apply for the qualifications of Chinese teachers, kindergarten teachers and teachers of Chinese as a foreign language, you must obtain a certificate of Putonghua proficiency test (above Grade Two);

(4) Postgraduates and normal students who have passed the qualification examination for teachers in primary and secondary schools and obtained the qualification certificate for teachers within the validity period, or normal students who hold the professional competence certificate for teachers in normal schools and are within the validity period.

Eligible applicants should log in to China Teacher Qualification Network () within the time limit for online application, select "Online Application Entry for Applicants with Teacher Qualification" according to the website prompts, complete registration and real-name verification, fill in the registration information according to the system prompts, and select the confirmation point. Among them, in the column of "Please choose the examination form", applicants who have obtained the qualification certificate of primary and secondary school teachers should choose "national unified examination", and those who have obtained the professional ability certificate of normal students should choose "exemption from examination and identification of reformers".

Tips:

1. Fill in the correct identity information, otherwise the online newspaper cannot be completed;

2. In the process of information input, there should be no spaces between characters. Remember the password or keep it properly, and submit it after checking that the information filled in is accurate.

3. Upload personal photos and books correctly. At present, the new accreditation system of China Teacher Qualification Network is not stable enough, and the application form for teacher qualification generated by the system occasionally contains errors and omissions. If books and photos are uploaded incorrectly, it will affect the generation of teacher qualification application form.

Please preview the teacher qualification application form generated by the system after the online report is successful, print a copy and check it again. In particular, it is necessary to check: ① whether the photo is the person and whether it is clear; (2) Whether the book column is complete, accurate and clear, mainly check whether it is intercepted according to the scope of the box line, whether the upload is fair, whether the handwritten signature is my own, and whether the time is complete. If the above problems occur, please upload again and check again.

(2) Physical examination

After the online registration is successful, the applicants can log in to the People's Government of Gaoling District in time, and inquire about the physical examination announcement of teachers' qualifications in Gaoling District in the first half of 2022 for physical examination as required.

(5) academic certificate. (1) Education information can't be submitted through the electronic information comparison of China Teacher Qualification Network during online time; (2) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan academic qualifications shall be submitted to the original and photocopy of the certificate of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan academic qualifications issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education, and foreign academic qualifications shall be submitted to the original and photocopy of the certificate of foreign academic qualifications issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education;

Special note: in the process of material review, applicants must submit the China Higher Education Qualification Report (online application at Xuexin.com(www. chsi. com. cn)) for the academic qualifications that cannot be directly compared and verified by China Teacher Qualification Network, otherwise it will not be treated as unqualified academic qualifications.

(6) Putonghua proficiency test grade certificate. Through the electronic information comparison of China Teacher Qualification Network, you can not submit the Putonghua grade certificate; If the China Teacher Qualification Network cannot verify the applicant's Putonghua proficiency test grade, it is necessary to review the original Putonghua proficiency test grade certificate on the spot.

(7) teacher qualification application form. The applicant must print and save the checked teacher qualification application form, and the accreditation institution shall conduct on-site inspection when confirming on site. Failure to meet the requirements will affect the subsequent inspection and printing of qualification certificates.

Special note: All originals will be returned to the applicant after the examination.

Fourth, announce the final result.

The results of teacher qualification in the first half of 2022 will be announced by the Gaoling District People's Government within 10 working days after on-site confirmation.
