There are three police stations in Shaoxing that can handle Hong Kong and Macao Pass:

1. Entry and Exit Reception Hall of Shaoxing Municipal Bureau, Zhejiang Province, Address: Public Security Entry and Exit Window of Shaoxing Administrative Examination and Approval Service Center.

2. Entry and Exit Reception Hall of Shaoxing Yuecheng Branch, Address: No.785, Zhongxing South Road, Yuecheng District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province.

3. Doumen Acceptance Point of Shaoxing Yuecheng Sub-branch, Address: Paozhong Road, Yuecheng District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province.

To apply for the Hong Kong and Macao Pass, you need to prepare the following materials:

1. Fill in the application form for entry and exit documents of China citizens.

2. Two-inch recent bareheaded photo.

3. My household registration book, ID card and photocopy.

4. Original valid travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao, and submit a copy.
