In terms of school hardware, Jialingjiang Road No.1 Primary School and Li Shan Primary School are new primary schools with better hardware, while Xuejiadao Central Primary School and Yantaishan Qianprimary school are older with average hardware. Yantai's former primary schools and primary schools mainly have many children in the surrounding villages, while Jialingjiang Road No.1 Primary School and Island Central Primary School mainly have many children in the surrounding urban areas, and their teachers are also slightly stronger.

Second, there are many choices for new and second-hand houses near Xuejiadao Central Primary School and Jialingjiang Road No.1 Primary School, as long as the apartment size does not exceed 120.
