Registered public equipment engineer refers to the professional and technical personnel who have obtained the qualification certificate of registered public equipment engineer in People's Republic of China (PRC) and the registration certificate of registered public equipment engineer in People's Republic of China (PRC), and are engaged in the professional engineering design and related business activities of public equipment (HVAC, water supply and drainage, electric power, etc.). ).

First, the examination documents

Second, the application conditions

All People's Republic of China (PRC) citizens who abide by national laws and regulations, abide by professional ethics, have the corresponding professional education and professional practice conditions, and meet one of the following conditions, can apply to take the basic examination:

(1) Bachelor degree or above in this major (referring to HVAC, electric power, water supply and drainage in public equipment engineering, see Annex 3, the same below) or similar major (see Annex 3, the same below).

(two) to obtain a college degree in this major or similar major, and to engage in public equipment engineering design for a total of 1 year.

(3) Obtained a bachelor's degree or above in other engineering majors, and worked in public facilities engineering design for 1 year.

Those who pass the basic examination and meet one of the following conditions may apply for taking the professional examination:

(a) after obtaining the professional doctorate, engaged in public equipment engineering design work for 2 years; Or after obtaining a similar professional doctorate, he has been engaged in public equipment professional engineering design for 3 years.

(two) after obtaining the master's degree in this major, he has been engaged in the engineering design of public equipment for 3 years; Or after obtaining a master's degree in a similar major, he has been engaged in public equipment engineering design for 4 years.

(3) Obtained a double bachelor's degree including this major or graduated from the postgraduate class of this major, and has been engaged in public equipment engineering design for 4 years; Or after graduating from a double bachelor's degree or graduate program in a similar major, he has been engaged in engineering design for public equipment for 5 years.

(four) after obtaining a bachelor's degree or a degree that has passed the professional education evaluation, he has been engaged in the professional engineering design of public equipment for 4 years; Or after obtaining a bachelor's degree or degree that has not passed the professional education evaluation, he has been engaged in the professional engineering design of public equipment for 5 years; Or after obtaining a bachelor's degree or degree in a similar major, he has been engaged in public equipment engineering design for 6 years.

(five) after obtaining a college degree in this major, he has been engaged in the engineering design of public equipment for 6 years; Or after obtaining a college degree in a similar major, he has been engaged in public equipment engineering design for 7 years.

(6) Having obtained a bachelor's degree or above in other engineering majors, he has been engaged in public equipment engineering design for 8 years.

(a) after obtaining the professional doctorate, engaged in public equipment engineering design work for 5 years; Or after obtaining a doctoral degree in a similar major, he has been engaged in the engineering design of public equipment for 6 years.

(two) after obtaining the master's degree in this major, he has been engaged in the engineering design of public equipment for 6 years; Or after obtaining a master's degree in a similar major, he has been engaged in public equipment engineering design for 7 years.

(3) Obtained a double bachelor's degree including this major or graduated from the postgraduate class of this major, and has been engaged in public equipment engineering design for 7 years; Or after graduating from a double bachelor's degree or graduate program in a similar major, he has been engaged in public equipment engineering design for 8 years.

(four) after obtaining a bachelor's degree or degree in this major, he has been engaged in public equipment engineering design for 8 years; Or after obtaining a bachelor's degree or degree in a similar major, he has been engaged in public equipment engineering design for 9 years.

(five) after obtaining a college degree in this major, he has been engaged in public equipment engineering design for 9 years; Or after obtaining a college degree in a similar major, he has been engaged in public equipment engineering design for 10 years.

(6) Obtained a bachelor's degree or above in other engineering majors, and worked in public facilities engineering design for 12 years.

(7) Having obtained a college degree in other engineering majors, he has been engaged in the engineering design of public equipment for 15 years.

(eight) after obtaining the technical secondary school education, he has been engaged in the engineering design of public equipment for 25 years; Or after obtaining a technical secondary school degree in a similar major, he has been engaged in the engineering design of public equipment for 30 years.

According to the Notice on Approving Hong Kong and Macao Residents to Participate in the Qualification Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel Organized by the Mainland (No.9 issued by the Ministry of Civil Affairs [2005]), all Hong Kong and Macao residents who meet the corresponding provisions of the qualification examination for registered public equipment engineers can sign up for the examination according to the procedures and requirements specified in the document.

Third, the examination subject setting

The examination consists of basic examination and professional examination. The basic exam is divided into two half days, each half day is four hours; Professional examination is divided into two parts: professional knowledge and professional cases. Each part is divided into two half-days, each half-day is 3 hours.

Fourth, the organization and implementation of the examination

Both the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Personnel are responsible for the qualification examination of registered public equipment engineers.

The National Management Committee of Registered Engineers of Survey and Design is responsible for examining and approving the examination outline, annual examination questions, grading standards and qualified standards.

The National Professional Management Committee of Public Equipment for Registered Engineers of Survey and Design is responsible for organizing and implementing the examination.

The examination is entrusted to the Personnel Testing Center of the Ministry of Personnel.

The qualification examination for registered public equipment engineers shall be held once a year in principle with a unified national outline and unified proposition.

Those who pass the qualification examination for registered public equipment engineers shall be awarded the Qualification Certificate for Registered Public Equipment Engineers in People's Republic of China (PRC), which is uniformly printed by the Ministry of Personnel and stamped by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Construction by the personnel administrative departments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
