Where Party B is engaged in labor production in hot summer, Party A may, according to the characteristics of production (work), appropriately adjust the labor and rest system in hot summer, increase rest and reduce labor intensity, reduce working time in hot summer, ensure Party B's health and life safety, and pay Party B the cost of cool drinks in summer according to relevant government regulations.

Eight. Alteration, rescission and termination of labor contract
1. Party A and Party B shall modify, dissolve and terminate the Labor Contract in accordance with the Labor Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and relevant laws and regulations. Where there are other agreements between Party A and Party B on the modification and dissolution of the Labor Contract, they can be agreed in Item 9 of this Contract.
2. When this contract is dissolved or terminated, Party A shall issue a certificate of dissolution or termination of the labor contract for Party B, and handle the transfer formalities of the file and social insurance relationship for Party B within fifteen days.
