G42 17 Rongchang Expressway is an expressway from Chengdu, Sichuan to Changdu, Tibet. The planned mileage is about 1086 km, and it is currently open to traffic for 279 km.

Among them, the total length of Marvin Expressway, which has been opened to traffic, is170km, which is invested and built by Zanggao Company of Sichuan Jiaotou Group. From Fengpingba to the south of Wenchuan County, connecting Du Wen Expressway as the starting point, from Manager County to miyaluo, then passing through Duanzhai, crossing Zhegu Mountain, descending along Mosuo River and ending in Zhuokeji, Marcand.

The expressway is located in the transition section from the mountainous area around Sichuan Basin to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The elevation of the route rises from1.320m to 3,225m and then drops to 2,600m, which can be described as a high-speed built on clouds.

In Cook Township, Wenchuan County, a ray of "Hong Qiang" illuminates the Sichuan-Tibet line. This is the first prestressed concrete filled steel tube truss bridge in China-Wenchuan Cook Bridge, with a total length of 6.43 kilometers.

The piers of the bridge are particularly slender, because they are not ordinary concrete piers, but steel pipe piers filled with concrete. This kind of concrete-filled steel tube composite pier has a small diameter, does not need reinforcement, and its weight is only half of that of concrete structure.

Compared with conventional bridges of the same scale, the consumption of concrete is reduced by 40%, the consumption of steel is reduced by 30%, and the production of raw materials and site pollution emissions are reduced by 30%. But the amount of welding is very large. The main weld of 30-40 meters beam is 350 meters, and all welds are above 3000 meters.

The bridge has the advantages of both steel tube and concrete bridge, and has high seismic capacity. The earthquake of magnitude 8 is feasible and the earthquake of magnitude 9 can be repaired, which ensures the smooth passage of life.

Construction started in August of 20 15 and was completed in October of 2018 10. After more than three years of hard work, it is also full of innovative wisdom. In this process, the first special bridge erecting machine for hoisting steel truss beams in China was invented. The formwork-free construction of the whole bridge also fills the gap in the whole span hoisting of steel truss beams in China.

Shiziping Tunnel is the highest tunnel in China.

Entering Lixian County, close to the reservoir area of Shiziping Power Station, the "most difficult bone" of the whole line-Shiziping extra-long tunnel is here. As the longest expressway tunnel in Tibet-related areas and plateaus, it is13.438+05km long.

Affected by geological conditions such as miyaluo fault zone, Shiziping tunnel was changed from the original tunnel group to extra-long tunnel.

In order to get through the access between G3 17 line and the tunnel, Marvin Company first drilled a construction adit from G3 17 line to the other side of Shiziping Tunnel, then built a cableway bridge to cross the reservoir, and then built a 660-meter-long zigzag sidewalk to reach the tunnel entrance along the mountain.

The cableway bridge is 353 meters long, and it is also the longest civil heavy-duty cableway bridge in China. It consists of 74 steel ropes, 35 steel beams, 560 steel plates and 14 12 transverse bridge plates.

On the basis of the exposed bedrock on the sidewalk slope, the constructor also sprayed 20,000 square meters of concrete, which stabilized the loose particles on the slope and provided safety guarantee for the construction.

The severe cold is a great test for the construction conditions. In tunnel construction, the amount of concrete is huge, and the requirements for temperature are extremely high. The builders built a greenhouse for the mixing station. There is a heater in the "greenhouse", which keeps the mixing station warm all the year round just like "floor heating"; The hot water boiler heats ice water and injects it into the mixer. After the concrete is successfully mixed, it is pulled into the tunnel by tanker.

Mawen Expressway passes through temperate zone, cold temperate zone and cold zone. The annual average temperature is about 6.3, and the lowest temperature is as low as -30. It experiences more than 40 snowstorms every year, and rain, snow, ice, fog and wind are all tests. "De-icing and snow removal in winter and ground disaster prevention in flood season" is a compulsory course of Marvin Expressway.

The effective construction period from Lixian to Marcand is only about 8 months, which is extremely short. The construction of Zhegu Mountain Tunnel started ahead of schedule on 20 12, and it was not completed until 20 18. The total length of the tunnel is 8.8km, the altitude is as high as 3,200 meters, and the air is thin, only 60% of the sea level, which is the highest altitude in the whole line. Partridge Mountain Tunnel is the longest highway tunnel in China at an altitude of more than 3,000 meters, and it is also the longest highway tunnel with high gas in plateau in the world.

Because of the high altitude of Zhegushan Tunnel, the lowest temperature outside the tunnel is only -27, even a few degrees in summer night. The highest in the cave is about 20, so the workers enter the cave wrapped in thick coats, but only wear a short sleeve to work in the cave.

Through the tunnel, I have a surprise for you. On the way, a 500-meter-long painting made people shine. The blue sky and white clouds at the top of the cave, the yak playing on the cave wall, and the magnificent picture of Shanghai on the snowy mountain grassland have a panoramic view, washing away the fatigue of the journey. In Gucheng Tunnel, Lixian Tunnel and Shiziping Tunnel, there are also natural and cultural attractions such as Tao Ping Qiangzhai, Hongye Forest and Chama Zangqiang Style Avenue.

Climb the eaves and walk the wall to ensure safety

Due to the canyon topography and narrow corridors, there are five high slopes along Marvin Expressway with the height exceeding 100 meters.

In places where it seems that only birds can go, the foreman, known as "Spider-Man", hangs from a rope, spins and jumps at an altitude of 100 meters, and puts on "protective clothing"-stone guide net for tens of thousands of square meters of mountains as a safety barrier for highways. Even if there are flying stones rolling down the hillside, they will only be caught in the net and fall into the rockfall ditch.

The stone guide net consists of countless small nets. The length of a single small net is more than 10 meter, and it must be woven by hand once every time it is hung above 10 meter, and the two small nets are woven together to form a whole.

This mountain is steep. Every morning, "Spider-Man" rides up the mountain from the construction sidewalk on the hillside. Before the service road is completed, you can only walk along the narrow path in the mountains.

A big obstacle to hanging nets is rain, which will cause the mountain and the stone guide net to be very slippery. The gale in winter afternoon is even stronger, and Spider-Man will be blown up by the wind.

It takes a year or two to deal with a mountain, from clearing the falling rocks visible to the naked eye to setting up a protective net.

170 km is more than 2 km, so the construction of Mawen Expressway is full of hardships. Over the past five years, thousands of people have participated in this construction. The completed Mawen Expressway can be described as "infinite scenery and pleasant Tibetan and Qiang culture".
