1. Base construction model suitable for the city

From the perspective of the city’s industrial structure , logistics, textiles and clothing, pneumatic components, kitchen and bathroom furniture, automobiles, motorcycles and parts are the key development industries of our city, especially the pneumatic industry, which has become a Fenghua brand industry. At present, the Fenghua Pneumatic Association has more than 200 member companies, and has laid the foundation for Fenghua's pneumatic industry has a "three-thirds world" pattern in the country. The pneumatic industry is in urgent need of a large number of high-level blue-collar workers. Therefore, to meet the needs of the pneumatic components and mechanical processing industries, high-skilled training types, mainly CNC, mold, and maintenance electricians, can be adopted in political schools. The enterprise construction model integrates the resources of vocational education centers, technical schools, and training centers, and is jointly funded by the municipal government and the Pneumatic Association to build a public training base for high-skilled talents in Fenghua City.
