Because the charging items of psychological consultation outpatient service should follow the hospital process, I plan to provide psychological consultation for free in the first month, which is regarded as pre-publicity. Then this process was banned and free psychological counseling was done for half a year. Needless to say, it has been well received by many patients. Many people have been consulting here for a long time, with an average of three or four consultations every day from Monday to Friday.

The development trend of returning to outpatient service

? At first, he said that he would continue to go back to the clinic for free consultation, and later he said that he would charge, which was standardized. I had to ask the Municipal Health Planning Commission and the Provincial Health Planning Commission. After a while, I said I was applying and going through the process. After a while, I said it was impossible to open a subject and financial account for me separately, which was not acceptable. That makes perfect sense. I don't know how to refute it, so the matter will go away.

Development trend of performance problems

? In September, I felt something was wrong when I saw that the performance in August had not yet been sent. I went to the personnel department to ask, and the personnel department said that I had to get a psychotherapist's certificate to get my performance. I think there are only two months before I get my grades. I have been waiting for a year and two months. Two months is nothing, I'll wait! 10 10 results. Fortunately, it passed at one time. I went to the personnel department with a qualified report card. The personnel department said that the qualified score form is not good, so I must bring my certificate. Before that, I just performed with a qualified score table. As a result, some people have been putting the qualified score table in the personnel department without a certificate. When the first three reassessed, they said there was something wrong with this.

? Then I want to ask questions. The certificate will be issued by the National Health Planning Commission, distributed at different levels, and finally handed over to the personnel department of the hospital. We have to wait another six months! Some people don't change their grades after getting the certificate. Your personnel department should call to remind them. Who dares not to change? As for the deduction of performance in the second half of the year, is it necessary for others to bring a certificate? Much as I wanted to ask questions, I didn't ask them. After all, I have waited for three months a year, and I have to wait for another six months! Not yet!

Considering that my position is not in the medical department, I will definitely not get the administrative award; I didn't make any income for neurology, and the director of Shennei University also made it clear that I wouldn't make any achievements. So I asked the personnel department, will the medical department give me performance or the neurology department give me performance in the future? The personnel department replied that I would wait until I got the certificate to see the performance. This is the responsibility of the personnel department, so I don't have to worry.

The medical department does not need any certificates, and can issue performance certificates after a one-year probation period. Why do I have to have a certificate? I thought it was a process for the personnel department to start the performance by filing a certificate. As a result, when the personnel department informed me to get the certificate, I asked about the performance. The personnel department replied that I still couldn't get the certificate, because my post was a psychotherapist, and I was not on the job, so I had to go back to my original post to get my performance. Then through the coordination of hospital leaders, I signed to prove that I was also in charge of psychotherapy during my stay in the medical department. After agreeing to apply for the second-level diagnosis and treatment of clinical psychology, I was allowed to go out for two days a week and agreed to issue the average administrative performance.

? Later, I went to ask the personnel department, and there were different opinions. I said that I took the psychotherapist exam one year in advance, and the normal situation should be that I can get the results in the third year (this must be based on one exam, otherwise it will take longer). As for the story three years later, I don't know whether it was because psychiatry was not established or because it didn't generate income for God, so naturally I didn't show it.

The development trend of continuing education

? I'm willing not to go back to the clinic for the time being, and I'm willing to transfer my post and not accept my performance. I'm just looking forward to studying this cake. If you resolutely return to the clinic, you should not go out for further study and close the clinic; If you transfer to an administrative post, you can't go out for further study, and you may lose your job as a psychotherapist, which is even more inappropriate. ? First of all, I said that I can choose where to go if I send it out to study 1 year in the second year. God will definitely not pay for me, but our hospital can go to the provincial mental health center for free, because the two hospitals have a good relationship.

? But when it was time to register for further study, the hospital leader said that I would not go for further study until I got the therapist certificate. I didn't know our hospital had such a rule.

? The leaders of the hospital have spoken, and it can't be repaired in the first half of the second year. So I waited until the second half of the year, which is now July. As a result, I said I didn't have a department and didn't become a full member. I guess I can't fix it.
