Development trend of performance problems

? In September, I felt something was wrong when I saw that the performance in August had not yet been sent. I went to the personnel department to ask, and the personnel department said that I had to get a psychotherapist's certificate to get my performance. I think there are only two months before I get my grades. I have been waiting for a year and two months. Two months is nothing, I'll wait! 10 10 results. Fortunately, it passed at one time. I went to the personnel department with a qualified report card. The personnel department said that the qualified score form is not good, so I must bring my certificate. Before that, I just performed with a qualified score table. As a result, some people have been putting the qualified score table in the personnel department without a certificate. The personnel department replied that I still couldn't get the certificate, because my post was a psychotherapist, and I was not on the job, so I had to go back to my original post to get my performance. Then through the coordination of hospital leaders, I signed to prove that I was also in charge of psychotherapy during my stay in the medical department. After agreeing to apply for the second-level diagnosis and treatment of clinical psychology, I was allowed to go out for two days a week and agreed to issue the average administrative performance.

? Later, I went to ask the personnel department, and there were different opinions. I said that I took the psychotherapist exam one year in advance, and the normal situation should be that I can get the results in the third year (this must be based on one exam, otherwise it will take longer). As for the story three years later, I don't know whether it was because psychiatry was not established or because it didn't generate income for God, so naturally I didn't show it.

The development trend of continuing education

? But when it was time to register for further study, the hospital leader said that I would not go for further study until I got the therapist certificate. I didn't know our hospital had such a rule.

? The leaders of the hospital have spoken, and it can't be repaired in the first half of the second year. So I waited until the second half of the year, which is now July. As a result, I said I didn't have a department and didn't become a full member. I guess I can't fix it.
