Call 10000 directly for consultation. I installed the 2M broadband two weeks ago, but when I installed it, it gave me a 1M speed. I called 10000 to complain, and someone came the next day. The problem was solved at the door. Two days later, I called 10,000 to ask if the problem was solved. I personally feel that Telecom's current service attitude is pretty good.
