Recently, the National Film Bureau issued the Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Cinema to Promote the Prosperity and Development of the Film Market (hereinafter referred to as the Opinions), which mentioned the novelty of "Cinema License" for the first time. The insiders believe that domestic cinemas are about to usher in a new round of reshuffle, and some small cinemas may be merged and reorganized by large cinemas.

Cinema should follow the principle of "unified brand, unified film arrangement, unified operation and unified management", which was put forward as early as the early stage of cinema system reform. But at that time, many private enterprises only invested in a few cinemas, so it was impossible to set up their own cinemas.

According to the regulations, each cinema must join a cinema to get the film, so there are many cinemas with the nature of joining. There is no relationship between cinemas and cinemas. Cinema only provides services for cinemas, and the relationship between them is loose. The principle of "four unifications" exists in name only.
