Notice on the publication of the minimum wage standard in the whole city

According to the provincial government's "Notice on Issuing the Minimum Wage Standard in the Province" (Zi [2007] No.258), combined with the actual situation in our city, the municipal government decided to adjust the minimum wage standard in our city. It is hereby announced as follows:
A. The monthly minimum wage for employers in Shinan District, Shibei District, sifang district, Licang District, Laoshan District, Huangdao District and Chengyang District is 760 yuan; Jimo city, jiaozhou city, Jiaonan, pingdu city, Laixi City, the employer's monthly minimum wage is 620 yuan.
Second, the minimum hourly wage standard for part-time employees in Shinan District, Shibei District, sifang district, Licang District, Laoshan District, Huangdao District and Chengyang District is 7.5 yuan; Jimo city, jiaozhou city, Jiaonan, pingdu city, Laixi City, the minimum hourly wage for part-time employment of employers is 6.5 yuan. The wages paid by the employer to part-time employees who provide normal labor shall not be lower than the above minimum wage.
Three, according to the national, provincial and municipal laws, regulations and relevant provisions on the minimum wage guarantee system, the minimum wage standard is the minimum wage income paid by a few employers who have real difficulties in production and operation (for more than three months in a row) to provide normal labor. If employees provide normal work within the statutory working hours, their wage income shall not be lower than the minimum wage standard, and the employer with normal payment ability shall not use it as the wage payment standard.
Four, the central, provincial, youth units and other provinces and cities in the implementation of the minimum wage.
Five, the adjusted minimum wage standard from June 2009 1 day, Zi [2006] No.79 shall be abolished at the same time.
