According to the "Trial Opinions of the Linyi Municipal People's Government Office on the Examination and Employment of College and Technical Secondary School Graduates for Employment in Municipal Institutions" (Linyi Banfa [2005] No. 78) and the "Linyi Municipal Personnel Bureau's Forwarding In accordance with the spirit of the document "Notice on Issuing the Implementation Measures for Open Recruitment of Personnel in Public Institutions in Shandong Province" (Linrenfa [2007] No. 5) of the Provincial Department of Personnel, and with the approval of the Municipal Personnel Bureau, the Municipal Education Bureau decided to open examinations and merit-based recruitment parts Graduates work in schools directly under the Municipal Education Bureau (see the attached table for specific teacher positions and subjects). In order to implement the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit selection, the relevant matters regarding the recruitment work are now announced as follows:
1. Application Scope and Conditions
1. From 2006 to 2008, full-time normal university graduates with a bachelor’s degree or above and non-professionals with corresponding teacher qualifications who were recruited within the national plan of employment units without implementation of the employment unit Teacher training graduates. Undergraduate students must have a bachelor's degree.
2. Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, love socialism; love education, and have good professional ethics.
3. Have good political and ideological qualities, obey laws and regulations, have good conduct, and have no record of bad behavior.
4. Be in good health and have no mental disorders.
2. Registration method
1. Graduates should bring their ID card, school recommendation letter (form) or graduation certificate (non-normal graduates should also bring their teacher qualification certificate) , go to the school directly under the Municipal Education Bureau where you want to apply to register. The school will conduct a preliminary review of their qualifications, take on-site photos, and collect electronic photos of the candidates. Others are not allowed to register on their behalf.
2. The teaching position selected by graduates should be consistent with the major they studied. Each graduate is limited to one position.
3. The qualification examination is the responsibility of the applicant school and the Personnel Department of the Municipal Education Bureau.
3. Time Arrangement
(1) Registration time and location
May 9-12, 2008, all relevant schools directly under the Municipal Education Bureau .
(2) Time and place to collect the admission ticket
Go to the school where you applied for the admission ticket from 8:00 to 12:00 am on May 16, 2008.
(3) Written test time
8:30-10:30 am on May 17, 2008. Please refer to the "Admission Ticket" for the location of the written test.
(4) The time and location of the re-examination will be announced when the written examination results are announced.
(5) The time and location of the physical examination will be notified later.
(6) Time and method of announcing results
On May 23, in the Linyi Municipal Education Bureau, relevant schools directly under the Municipal Education Bureau and the Linyi Municipal Education Bureau website (), Linyi Personnel Information Network () announced the results of the written examination. The time for announcing the total results will be announced later.
IV. Examination Contents and Recruitment Methods
The exam includes a preliminary test and a retest, each worth 100 points. The initial test is a written test, and the content mainly covers pedagogy, psychology, teaching theory, teaching materials and teaching methods, educational laws and regulations, and basic requirements for teachers’ professional ethics. Based on the preliminary test scores, in order from high scores to low scores in each subject of the school you are applying for, and in a ratio of 1:3 to the planned recruitment number, the candidates for the re-examination will be determined. The form of the re-examination is interview and trial lecture (***20 minutes). Finally, the total score is calculated based on 40% of the initial test score and 60% of the retest score. If the number of applicants in a subject during the qualification review is less than 1:3, the number of candidates for the subject will be reduced accordingly.
Outstanding provincial graduates and Party members of the Communist Party of China (including probationary Party members) will be given priority in employment under the same circumstances.
Based on the total test scores, in order from high scores to low scores in each subject of each school, and in a ratio of 1:1 to the planned number of people to be recruited, the personnel to be hired will be determined. The Municipal Education Bureau will organize the assessment of candidates to be hired and conduct physical examinations for those who do not have graduation physical examination certificates. Vacancies caused by failure in assessments and physical examinations will no longer be filled.
According to the employment placement policy and the employment requirements of public institutions, all employed personnel shall implement the employment system. The employer and the employed personnel shall sign employment contracts, and the files shall be subject to personnel agency.
For the personnel to be hired, social publicity will be implemented. The publicity period is 7 days. The hired personnel will be dispatched by the Municipal Education Bureau.
5. Notes
(1) Applicants cannot register with both old and new ID numbers at the same time; the ID information used during registration and the examination room must be consistent. Applicants should be responsible for the personal information and relevant materials they provide. Anyone who commits fraud or engages in fraud will be disqualified from registration and employment once verified.
(2) This exam does not specify exam tutoring books, nor does it hold or entrust any organization to hold exam tutoring training classes.
(3) Matters not covered above shall be implemented in accordance with the "Interim Regulations on Public Recruitment of Personnel by Public Institutions" (Ministry of Personnel Order No. 6).
