How can we recruit lathe workers?

I am also the owner of a factory. I want to give your boss this advice:

1. First of all, mature skilled workers (blue-collar workers) are very hard to find, especially lathe workers;

2. The daily salary of 50 yuan given by your boss doesn't match the job you are looking for;

3. If the lathe worker's technical requirements are not too high, you can directly recruit in some technical schools or contact the principal to let students practice. Of course, it mainly depends on how long you need workers to work in the factory. Long-term recruitment, short-term internship!

4. If you really can't get in touch, train existing workers. If the technical requirements are not high and the lathe training is fast, it is no problem to do basic lathe work for a week (I have used this method).
