6. When the injection molding QC detects a defective plastic product, the team leader is immediately informed of the injection molding QA review. When the screen printing QC detects a defective injection molding product, the injection molding QC is immediately notified for review. When QA detects defective products, it immediately notifies silk screen QC for review. When customers return defective products, QC checks and records the defective items, analyzes the causes of the defective products, and notifies relevant departments of countermeasures to track improvement results.
