1. The mixer operator must be trained by the superior security functional department, and can only operate at his post after passing the examination and obtaining evidence (show certificates).

2. Check the protection and electrical control components of the transmission part of the mixer before shift, which should be sensitive, reliable and effective.

3. Mixer operators should always comply with the specifications of concrete aggregate, which should be consistent with the performance of the newly used mixer. If it is found to exceed the allowable range, it shall not be used.

4. Regularly check that the mixing drum, mixing blades and gaskets, shafts, idlers, transmission gears, pulleys, V-belts, sprockets and chains, clutches, brakes, wire ropes, quantitative water supply devices and protective devices should be in good condition, the connecting bolts of all parts should be fastened and reliable, and the metal parts of the mixer motor should be protected to zero.

5. Before mixing, check whether the rotating direction of the mixing drum or mixing blade conforms to the specified running direction, and then carry out idle running. If abnormal phenomena are found, stop the machine immediately, cut off the power supply for inspection and maintenance, and then run idle after troubleshooting.

6. After start-up, idle for 1-3 minutes, the mixing drum or mixing blade runs smoothly, the hopper is flexible up and down, and the water pump and quantitative water supply device work normally before mixing operation can be carried out.

7. It is strictly prohibited to use tools or anything to reach into the mixing drum to remove concrete during operation, and no maintenance work shall be carried out during operation.

8. When the hopper is lifted, it is forbidden to pass or work under it. When cleaning the bucket pit, the empty bucket should be fixed firmly before it can be carried out.

9. When mixing, the mixed concrete must be discharged first, and then new materials can be added. When feeding, it should be carried out during the operation. Do not stop halfway or start the mixer at full load (except reverse discharging), and the input of raw materials shall not exceed the rated capacity of the mixer.

10. When the mixer suddenly breaks down at full load, stop immediately, cut off the power supply and lock the brake box. After the materials in the drum are removed, they should be overhauled and removed.
