In order to thoroughly implement the strategy of "strengthening the city with talents", accelerate the construction of "46 1 1" modern industrial system, and create a high-quality development demonstration zone in Jianghan Plain, it is decided to start the work of introducing talents to enterprises in Jingzhou in 2023, and the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows.

I. Introduction Plan

52 enterprises in Jingzhou plan to introduce 593 talents of all kinds, including 564 private enterprises and 29 state-owned enterprises.

Second, the scope of talent introduction

It is mainly for outstanding talents (including previous and recent graduates) with master's degree or above in full-time general higher education in China or equivalent in famous foreign universities.

People who have worked in Jingzhou enterprises are not included in the scope of talent introduction.

Third, introduce the procedure.

1. Make an announcement.

The announcement of introducing talents by enterprises is published on the website of Jingzhou Municipal People's Government (/rsj.jingzhou.gov.cn) and Jingzhou Economic and Information Bureau (), and applicants can make inquiries through the above websites.

2. Sign up.

From the date of the announcement, qualified personnel can contact the recruitment enterprise to introduce matters themselves. For the specific quota, post conditions and contact information of enterprise talent introduction, please refer to the list of enterprise talent introduction posts in Jingzhou City in 2023.

3. Qualification examination.

The enterprise is responsible for reviewing the qualifications, age, major and professional title of the candidates.

4. Suitability analysis of personnel post.

Take interview, face-to-face interview or practical operation to examine the comprehensive quality and business ability of candidates.

5. Sign up for employment.

After the candidates pass the interview or face-to-face interview, the enterprise signs an employment agreement with the talents to be introduced and goes through the entry formalities.

Fourth, relevant treatment.

The wages and benefits of graduate students and doctoral students introduced by the enterprise shall be determined by both parties through consultation.
