Does Zhejiang Ocean University have the qualification of Selected Graduates?

Zhejiang Ocean University is the third batch of provincial key construction universities in Zhejiang Province, but it does not have the qualification of exemption or provincial transfer. Zhejiang Ocean University, referred to as Zhejiang Haida, is located in Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province. It is a university jointly established by the people of China, the Ministry of Natural Resources and the People's Government of Zhejiang Province, and a key university jointly established by the Education Department of Zhejiang Province and the People's Government of Zhoushan City. It is a pilot university of the new engineering research and practice project of the Ministry of Education, the new agricultural research and reform practice project of the Ministry of Education, and the reform project of the national outstanding agricultural and forestry talents education and training plan, and a member of the Yangtze River Delta high-level industry-specific university alliance. It has a national experimental teaching demonstration center, a national off-campus practical education base for college students, a field practice base of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (* * *) and the first island field survival teaching experimental base in China. It is the only demonstration base (* * *) for cultivating innovative talents in ocean universities in China.
