1. Guide organizations (chemical and Yakilong factories) to implement quality policies and principles, and promote the quality culture construction of organizations.

2. Budget formulation, staff recruitment, development and management of quality department (quality assurance and quality control)

3. Guide the internal audit, coordinate the second/third party quality audit, and follow up the improvement measures.

4. Guide customers' complaints of relevant parties to improve process capability and customer satisfaction.

5. Formulate and implement supplier management procedures to promote supplier quality improvement.

6. Promote quality-related and quality department improvement projects.

7. Lead the coordination of APQP project and new project introduction.
