1. Requirements: proficient in using CAD, capable of independently completing construction drawings

2. The main work contents are: tracing drawings, taking pictures, elevation drawings, and construction drawings, and renderings

3. Working hours: free to take orders, and directly apply for sending orders to you in free time. You can draw pictures after work at noon or at night.

4. The salary is 1,5 yuan, and it is simple to receive three basic orders every day (excluding the construction drawing renderings), so as to ensure that your normal work will not be affected and our orders will not be completed. If orders are not received that day, it will be deducted as 1,5 yuan ÷3 days = 5 yuan/day. If more than 3 orders are received on the same day, the commission will be calculated according to the size of the orders.

5. Pay wages on the 2th of each month, and settle the accounts according to the designer's receipt statistics and the company's appraisal form. The commission is determined according to the size, quantity, enthusiasm and completion speed of the order.

6. Precautions and penalty points: If the order is not completed on time after receiving it, the company will be punished according to the seriousness of the case. Deduct 1 from the monthly settlement commission as the liability deposit, and refund it when it is over 6.
