At the beginning of 1994, People's Daily and CCTV news broadcast reported in detail on the innovative practice of green space accumulating funds through marketization and making contributions to urban greening without compensation. By 1997, Greenland Real Estate has accumulated abundant funds and rich experience, and established a good brand, reputation and social image.

This is the stage when Greenland Group has achieved great development and become a leading real estate enterprise in Shanghai. 1March, 1997, Greenland Group successfully completed the restructuring according to the requirements of modern enterprise system, and established a modern enterprise system with clear property rights, clear rights and responsibilities and scientific management. At this stage, various industries of Greenland Group have made great progress, especially the real estate industry, which is the core leading business, has developed more rapidly and has become a leading enterprise in Shanghai's real estate industry. Real estate sales area and sales amount have always been in the forefront of Shanghai.

200 1 till now

Starting from 200 1, Greenland Group began to go to the whole country, vigorously implemented the nationalization strategy and entered the third stage of sustained and rapid development. At present, Greenland Group has gradually grown into a leading comprehensive real estate enterprise in China and one of the top 100 enterprises in China. Through the synchronous development of industrial management and capital management, the current industrial layout of "prominent real estate main business and synchronous development of energy, finance and other related industries" has been formed. The trademark "Greenland" was awarded as a well-known trademark in China. Industries such as energy, finance, construction and automobile service are also large in scale and strong in strength.

As the core leading industry of Greenland Group, real estate development and management vigorously implements the nationalization strategy. At present, the project covers 54 cities in 24 provinces, with a construction area of 34 million square meters. The development scale, development capacity, product type and quality brand are in a leading position in China, especially in the fields of super high-rise, large-scale urban complex, high-speed railway station business circle and new town development. At present, the number of super high-rise buildings built or under construction is 168.
