Uniform surface coating, strong anti-corrosion ability! These steps have strict requirements on the treatment time control, phosphating solution concentration, water temperature and drying room temperature of each process. This requires good control. If the equipment is not advanced enough, many shelf factories will cut corners because of the time cost and cannot deliver the goods in a short time. But if it is used for a long time, the frame surface will rust and fall off.
