Advertising companies generally only look at your works, enterprises and the like, and let you do it on the spot, because they don't understand, and they don't feel relieved until they watch you do it.

In addition, be prepared before the interview, and keep a few plates in mind, including business cards, posters, album covers, etc. (Look at the company and position), and then pile up wood and put words on it. Because the design needs time and energy to think, and the level is not enough, it is impossible to do it in a short time! Advertising companies know this, so they generally don't let you do it on the spot.

2. An excuse to go home. Every job has a probation period, and most interviews are only for your work experience, software proficiency and works.
