The planned area of the industrial park is 23.3 square kilometers, which is divided into six areas: dyeing and finishing core area, high-end weaving area, clothing and home textile area, scientific and technological research and development area, supporting service area and warehousing and logistics area.

Among them, the core area of dyeing and finishing mainly introduces high-grade dyeing and finishing projects; The high-end weaving area plans to introduce well-known weaving enterprises at home and abroad to settle in the park to produce domestic first-class high-end fabrics; The clothing and home textile area focuses on building a number of brand clothing and home textile enterprises; Build a talent center, a textile dyeing and finishing exhibition center, a dyeing and finishing technology research center and a technology promotion center in the science and technology research and development zone to provide a technical service platform for enterprises entering the park; Supporting the construction of administrative center, financial center, business center, cultural and educational center, medical center, leisure and entertainment center and employee apartment in the service area to provide all-round support for enterprises entering the park; The warehousing and logistics area mainly solves the warehousing and cargo transportation needs of enterprises.

At present, Yancheng Textile Dyeing and Finishing Park has opened up the main framework of "five verticals and five horizontals", and the core area has reached "eight connections and one leveling", which has created the necessary conditions for realizing the "North-South docking" proposed by the Jiangsu provincial government and undertaking the transfer and settlement of textile dyeing and finishing projects in southern Jiangsu.

In terms of dyeing and finishing, priority will be given to projects that use pigment printing and dyeing, transfer printing and dyeing, digital printing and airflow dyeing.

In terms of clothing and home textiles, priority will be given to the introduction of self-owned brand clothing and high-grade export clothing processing projects, and priority will be given to the introduction of bedding and home furnishing cloth projects. In weaving, priority is given to the introduction of air-jet weaving and shuttleless weaving projects.

In terms of scientific and technological innovation, priority is given to the introduction of textile industry engineering research centers and key laboratory construction projects, and priority is given to the introduction of industry leaders to start businesses and set up projects in the park.
