Guangxi writer stuff

Guangxi writer Dongxi, formerly known as Tian Dailin, male, was born in Guangxi in March 1966. He is currently a writer-in-residence at Guangxi University for Nationalities, a member of the Chinese Writers Association, and vice chairman of the Guangxi Writers Association.

Tashiro Lin was born in March 1966 in a mountain village called Guli in northwest Guangxi. In 1972, he entered Dongli Primary School in a neighboring village, and then went from school to school. In July 1985, he graduated from the Chinese Department of Hechi Normal College and was assigned to teach in the middle school of Tian'e County in his hometown. In January 1987, he was transferred to the Propaganda Department of the County Party Committee. In October, he was transferred to the Hechi District Administrative Office as a secretary, and went to the countryside to work on agricultural production for one year and two months. In 1990, he was transferred to the supplement department of Hechi Daily as an editor. In 1994, he was hired as a professional writer by the Guangdong Youth Academy of Literature. In July 1995, he was transferred to the supplement department of Guangxi Daily. In June 1997, he was recruited as a professional writer by the Guangxi Institute of Literature (expired in June 1999). He now works at the Art Creation Center of the Guangxi Department of Culture, is a member of the Chinese Writers Association, and is the vice chairman of the Guangxi Writers Association. The novella "Life Without Language" won the first Lu Xun Literature Award for Novella and the 1996 "Selected Novels" Outstanding Works Award; the novel collection "No Language" "Life" and the novel "A Loud Slap" won the third and fourth Guangxi Literary Creation Bronze Drum Awards respectively. The film "Heavenly Lovers" adapted from "Life Without Language" (co-wrote the script) won the "Best Artistic Contribution Award" at the 15th Tokyo International Film Festival.

Main works include: the novel "A Loud Slap"; the collection of novels "Life Without Language", "The Painful Game", "The Lyrical Age", "The Gaze Gets Longer", "Don't Ask Me" , "Why I Don't Have Xiaomi", "Beautiful Gold-rimmed Clothes", "Send Me to the Enemy's Side", "It Seems Something's Going to Happen"; a collection of novels, essays and photos "Orphans of the Times", etc. A 20-episode TV series of the same name adapted from "A Slap" (written independently) and the movie "Sister's Dictionary" (co-written script).
