Verification period

Customers can receive short messages of verification results or inquire about verification results through our reservation channel during the appointment verification. The customer who has passed the verification has made a successful reservation and can redeem it normally. Customers who have reservation records in two or more banks and have repeated reservation records in the previous issue of ordinary commemorative coins/banknotes and have not been cancelled cannot pass the verification and cannot apply for exchange. If the verification fails, you can choose the nearest outlet of our bank to make an appointment and exchange the lucky money with the original of your second-generation ID card during the verification period, and cancel the repeated appointment record to retain the qualification for this exchange.
