I felt that he had done a lot of preparation work and answered many questions perfectly. I was tempted to bring him in as a reserve talent to train, but when I asked about the salary, he mentioned that it should not be less than one. Five thousand. To be honest, for our type of sales, 15,000 is not a very high salary, it can only be considered a medium salary. Whether the income can meet your requirements, etc. These are very important. Please don’t shy away from them. Think carefully about every issue. Never say what my classmates are doing. The workplace is not about MLM, so don’t follow the trend.

Let me tell you a true story: In 2001, my good friend B and I drifted south together. He was very lucky and got into Midea. He was killed during Midea's layoffs, and then he was depressed for a long time. With our careful guidance, he regained his strength and sold security doors, customized red wine, and smart car keys. The second keyword: practicality

Our newcomers all just came out of school and entered the company with a vision for a better future, but what they saw was the same as themselves. With the current situation where expectations are very different, at this time everyone will feel that this company may not be what I want, and maybe I can find a better one if I go out, so I jump out with a plop. I went to another one and found that it seemed a little better, but there was still a gap between it and my ideal. Forget it, just do it first. As I did it, I found that there seemed to be no chance and I was still frustrated. How could this work? Just find another job. Plop. Jumped out again. Finally, I found another company. At this time, I found that my classmates seemed to be getting promotions and salary increases, but I was still struggling at the grassroots level. I felt so depressed, so I worked hard to perform and achieve results, and found out It still had no effect in the short term, and I became even more impetuous. I thought to myself, everyone seems to know my talent, so I might as well change places, and then I jumped again. What's more, some people think that it is a shame to not change jobs after working for a period of time.

This is not a story, but something that exists in reality. It has existed before, it still exists now, and it will exist in the future. Impetuousness is a taboo in the workplace. To do well, you must first calm down. Even though I am not satisfied now, I must believe that the predicament is temporary. As long as I keep working hard, there will be a way out.

So, you must be practical.

The third keyword: Do more

When it comes to doing things, I think many newcomers feel that when they first come to work in the company, they basically have nothing to do, or Old employees are afraid that you won't do it and will mess things up, or that you don't know what to do. We have this experience. Some simple things can be done by newcomers, but newcomers rarely say "Let me do it," or When the newcomers ask me to do it, the old employees will say no, no, no, no. In fact, we all know that Chinese people say no, as a polite way of saying. As a newcomer, you must not take it seriously. If you hear no, you will not do it. If it is It’s really not necessary. When you repeatedly ask you to do (simple things), the old employees will still refuse, or else they will let you go.

Doing more or doing less is actually a matter of attitude. If you do more, people will say you are proactive. If you do less, people will say you lack initiative. Therefore, if you can do more on some things within your ability, I think it will be helpful to you. It helps to integrate into the team as quickly as possible and gain everyone's buy-in as quickly as possible.

As a newcomer, don’t care too much about gains and losses. Gains and losses are inherently inconclusive. When you think it is a gain, it may be a loss in the eyes of others (especially your superiors). ?, and when you feel that if you pay more, you will suffer a loss (like the case above), the result may be a gain.
