Yangzhou Minimum Wage Standard 2022
Under the condition that the laborer provides normal labor, the wages paid by the employer to the laborer shall not be lower than the local minimum wage. The internship remuneration paid by the enterprise to the internship students and the labor remuneration of the work-study students shall be paid by the hour, and shall not be lower than the local minimum wage standard for part-time employment hours.
The minimum wage standard does not include: overtime pay; Allowances under special working environment and conditions such as middle shift, night shift, high temperature, low temperature, underground, toxic and harmful; Housing provident fund paid by employees according to the lower limit; Welfare treatment of employees stipulated by laws, regulations and the state. The contents not included above shall be paid separately by the Employer.
If the employer violates the minimum wage payment regulations, the employee may complain and report to the human resources and social security departments, or apply for mediation, arbitration or bring a lawsuit according to law.
What cities are included in each region?
1. The first category includes: Nanjing, Wuxi, Jiangyin, Yixing, Changzhou, Suzhou, Zhangjiagang, Changshu, Kunshan, Taicang, Nantong, Qidong, Haimen, Yangzhou, Zhenjiang, Danyang, Yangzhong, jurong city and Taizhou.
2. The second category includes Xuzhou (excluding tongshan district), Jintan, liyang city, Hai 'an, Rudong, Rugao, Lianyungang (excluding Ganyu), Huai 'an (excluding Huai 'an and Huaiyin), Yancheng, Dongtai, Yizheng, Gaoyou, Baoying, Jingjiang, xinghua city and Taixing.
3. Three types of areas include: tongshan district, xinyi city, Fengxian, Peixian, Pizhou and Suining in Xuzhou, Ganyu, guannan county, Guanyun and Donghai in Lianyungang, Huaiyin, Hongze and Lianshui in Huai 'an, Xuyi and Jinhu in Huai 'an, jianhu county, Sheyang, Funing, Binhai and Xiangshui in Yancheng.

Article 48 The State implements the minimum wage guarantee system. The specific standard of the minimum wage shall be formulated by the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and reported to the State Council for the record. The wages paid by the employer to the workers shall not be lower than the local minimum wage.
