Xi Institute of Physical Education is a combination of two schools.

Founded in 1954, it is one of the first six sports colleges established in New China, referred to as "Xiti" for short. 200 1 was jointly established by the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government and the State Sports General Administration, and was originally affiliated to the State Sports General Administration. 200 1 Shaanxi province plans to add a doctoral degree authorization unit to set up a project construction unit, and xi Institute of Physical Education will become a "domestic first-class discipline" construction university in Shaanxi province.
