Hunan Rural Credit Cooperatives Union is a provincial-level local financial institution.

Rural credit cooperatives in our province were first established in 1951 and have been managed by the Agricultural Bank of China, the People's Bank of China and the China Banking Regulatory Commission. In 2003, the State Council launched a new round of pilot work to deepen the reform of rural credit cooperatives. In August 2004, Hunan was included in the reform pilot scope, and the province's rural credit cooperatives officially launched further deepening reform work. In May 2005, with the approval of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Government and the China Banking Regulatory Commission, the Hunan Rural Credit Cooperatives Federation was formally established to perform management, guidance, coordination and service functions for the rural credit cooperatives in the province, and implement vertical management in the work of the Party Leadership and unified management.

(1) Basic Conditions

1. Have good political quality, Be honest and trustworthy, abide by laws and regulations, and have good conduct.

The graduate school with a postgraduate degree must have at least one of the 985 Project, 211 Project Double First Class or a top 200 institution in the world university rankings. 2. Age conditions.

Master’s degree candidates must be no more than 27 years old (born after September 30, 1994), and doctoral candidates must be no more than 30 years old (born after September 30, 1991).

3. Professional conditions.

Candidates applying for the development and testing positions and big data development positions of the Product R&D Department must have graduated from computer, electronic information, mathematics and statistics related majors.

Candidates applying for information technology positions in the Ministry of Information Technology must have graduated from computer science, mathematics and statistics, electronic information, electrical (engineering) and other information technology related majors.

Candidates applying for the account management position in the Operations Management Department must have graduated from economics, business administration and related majors, and those with a background in economic management and computer-related majors will be given priority.
