List of Huawei filter suppliers

List of Huawei filter suppliers: Dafu Technology.

Dafu Technology, which has been researching and developing filters for more than 20 years, has a profound technical accumulation in filter technology. Its filters have been supplied to Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia and Samsung. Recently, the base station filter produced by Dafu Technology was selected into the "Announcement on the Selection of the Sixth Batch of Single Champion in Manufacturing Industry and the List of the Third Batch of Enterprises Passing the Appraisal" published by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and became a single champion product.

The filter was not noticed by the media before, but in July this year, P50 Pro released by Huawei could not support 5G when using Kirin 9000 chip with integrated 5G baseband, which made the media pay attention to the fact that the original 5G mobile phone needed the cooperation of 5G RF chip in addition to baseband chip technology, and one of the key components of 5G RF chip was the filter.

In fact, Huawei has been prepared before and has been deeply cooperating with the domestic mobile phone industry chain to develop 5G RF chips. Now Huawei's mateX2 collector's edition can support 5G, probably because its cooperation with domestic RF chip companies has achieved results, breaking the monopoly of Japanese and American companies on filters.

The main classification of filters

Passive filters are divided into five types according to the frequency band of the transmitted signal: low-pass, Qualcomm, band-pass, band-stop and all-pass filters.

1. Low-pass filter: allows low-frequency or DC components in the signal to pass, and suppresses high-frequency components or interference and noise.

2. High-pass filter: allows high-frequency components in the signal to pass and suppresses low-frequency or DC components.

3. Band-pass filter: allows signals in a certain frequency band to pass, and suppresses signals, interference and noise below or above this frequency band.

4. Band-stop filter: it suppresses the signal in a certain frequency band and allows the signal outside the frequency band to pass, also known as notch filter.

5. All-pass filter: All-pass filter means that the amplitude of the signal will not change in the whole frequency band, that is, the amplitude gain in the whole frequency band is always equal to 1. Generally, all-pass filters are used for phase shifting, that is, changing the phase of the input signal. Ideally, the phase shift is proportional to the frequency, which is equivalent to a time delay system.
