What do technical support engineers mainly do?

Technical support engineers are mainly engaged in pre-sales or after-sales technical maintenance in the direction of software or hardware. The specific work contents are as follows:

1, responsible for all kinds of technical support work such as field equipment installation, debugging and measurement.

2. Receive and assist in solving various on-site technical problems encountered by customers, and timely and accurately feed back the on-site information to the sales and R&D departments.

3. Be responsible for making the configuration list of delivered equipment and software.

4. Be responsible for the preparation of technical scheme in the proposal.

5. Support marketing and sales, and provide relevant training for customers and engineers.

6. Be responsible for the technical disclosure of production in sales.

7. Assist the Marketing Department to implement advertising and other marketing activities within the sales scope according to the requirements of the superior supervisor.

8. Provide market competition information for the sales management department.

9. According to the requirements of technical support manager, provide all reports and data quickly and accurately, such as weekly work plan/report.

Requirements of technical support engineers

1, college degree or above, major in e-commerce, computer or related. Engaged in ERP project implementation for more than 2 years or have more than 2 years working experience in ERP application field.

2. Good communication and expression skills, the ability to analyze problems independently and solve problems by hands. Strong learning and communication skills, good oral and written expression skills.

3. Have a good sense of customer service and teamwork spirit, and be able to work under certain pressure. Proactive and conscientious.

4, master the database knowledge, familiar with the basic knowledge of network and operating system. Familiar with office, Excel and other common office software. Strong hands-on ability, skilled application of products, simple product maintenance.
