Job responsibilities:
1, equipment management system construction: establish and improve the equipment management system and organize its implementation; Including equipment verification, equipment file management, equipment allocation, sealing and unsealing, scrap management, measuring instruments management, etc. Develop standard operating procedures (SOP) documents for various equipment; At the same time, organize the training of equipment operators to ensure that the equipment operation has rules to follow;
2. Equipment procurement: according to production development or project needs, cooperate with superiors to formulate new equipment procurement and investment plans, and organize equipment selection and procurement; Organize the installation, debugging and acceptance of equipment to ensure the smooth progress of equipment procurement;
3. Equipment inspection: responsible for the inspection, recording, assessment and daily management of all kinds of equipment in the company; Responsible for the daily management of water, electricity and gas in the company; Spare parts and equipment management; Responsible for arranging personnel to inspect the inspection equipment and do a good job of supervision; Ensure that the appearance of the equipment is clean and tidy, ensure the normal operation of the equipment, and do not run, run, drip or leak;
4. Organize equipment maintenance: responsible for drafting the company's annual/monthly maintenance plan; Responsible for the maintenance and management of mechanical and electrical equipment in the workshop; Responsible for equipment fault handling and accident safety handling; According to the production requirements, organize personnel to maintain the equipment regularly and irregularly, reduce the failure rate of the equipment and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
Qualifications:
1. Education background: major in mechanical/electrical engineering, bachelor degree or above.
2. Work experience: More than three years working experience in equipment management, especially in food industry.
3. Knowledge/skills: familiar with the equipment procurement and maintenance process of the daily chemical industry; Familiar with ISO requirements for equipment management; Have certain ability of organization and coordination.
