Mr. Yuan Guangzhong: Born in 1972, bachelor degree, engineer. In the past five years, he has served as the Minister of Safety and Environmental Protection and the Minister of Coal Department of CLP Mengdong Energy Group Co., Ltd., the mine manager of Bai Yinhua Coal and Electricity Co., Ltd. in Xilingol, Inner Mongolia, the executive director of Mengdong Open-pit Coal Industry Co., Ltd. in Bai Yinhua, Inner Mongolia, and the deputy chief engineer of Inner Mongolia Energy Co., Ltd., a state power investment group. He used to be the deputy general manager of Huolinhe Open-pit Coal Industry Co., Ltd. in Inner Mongolia. On 20 13 13, he resigned as the deputy general manager of open-pit coal industry.
