Responsibilities of the Sports and Health Arts Division:
To guide the training of in-service primary and secondary school teachers and the compilation of teaching materials; To formulate the continuing education plan for primary and secondary school teachers in the city and organize its implementation; To guide school physical education, health and art education; To guide and coordinate the national defense education and military training for students, and to guide and assist the Red Cross education.
Responsibilities of Vocational Education and Adult Education Section:
