According to the spirit of the city's industrial industry association working meeting, in accordance with the "Interim Measures for the Open Recruitment of Staff in Municipal Institutions of Zibo" (Zibo Editor According to the provisions of the Office [2006] No. 64) and the "Notice on Issues Concerning the Public Recruitment of Staff in Municipal Institutions" (Zirenfa [2007] No. 128), combined with the actual conditions of various industry associations, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Municipal The Economic and Information Technology Committee decided to recruit some professionals for the industry association. Relevant matters regarding the recruitment work are now announced as follows:
1. Recruitment scope, positions and quantity
The scope of this recruitment is industrial enterprises in Shandong Province. For specific recruitment positions (professionals) and quantities, please refer to the "Zibo City Industry Association Public Recruitment Staff Positions (Professionals) Table" (Appendix 1).
2. Conditions for recruitment
Applicants must meet the following conditions:
1. Abide by the constitution and laws, have high moral character, be decent, and have public prestige Higher, with good professional ethics;
2. Under 35 years old (born after April 1, 1974), those with corresponding professional and technical positions can be relaxed to 37 years old (April 1, 1972) (Born after 2020);
3. Have a bachelor’s degree or above;
4. Meet the professional requirements of the position and have more than 5 years of corresponding professional work experience;
5. Be physically and mentally healthy and meet other conditions required for applying for the position.
3. Recruitment methods
(1) Registration and qualification review
1. Registration time: March 29-30, 2010. Morning: 8:30-12:00, afternoon: 13:30-17:00.
2. Registration location: Zibo Talent Market (No. 272, Huaguang Road, Zhangdian District, west of Yiwu Small Commodity City, Zibo).
3. Registration method and qualification review: Applicants should log in to the Zibo Human Resources and Social Security Network (www.zbrs.gov.cn) or the Zibo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Commission website (www.iicn.com) , download and fill in the "Zibo Industry Association Public Recruitment Staff Registration Form" (see attachment 2), a letter of introduction issued by the unit holding personnel management rights agreeing to apply and proof of corresponding work experience, ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate , Professional and technical qualification certificate (original, copy) registration.
Applicants can entrust others to register on their behalf, but all registration materials must be provided.
Qualifications of applicants will be reviewed when registering. The main content of the qualification review is: whether the applicant meets the recruitment scope and conditions and whether the major he studied meets the requirements of the applied position. Qualification review runs through the entire recruitment process.
The time and place for collecting the admission ticket will be notified later.
(2) Examination content and method
The examination will be conducted through a combination of written examination and interview.
1. Written test
The written test subjects are basic knowledge of the public. It mainly tests their basic knowledge and comprehensive writing such as laws and regulations, political and economic theories, current affairs policies, and public affairs management. The time for the written examination shall be as specified on the admission ticket.
The minimum passing score for the written examination is set, which is determined based on the number of applicants and the examination situation.
Based on the written test scores and in accordance with the recruitment plan in a ratio of 1:3, the list of interviewees will be determined in order from high scores to low scores.
2. Interview
The interview mainly tests the theoretical literacy, thinking ability, professional knowledge, business ability, language expression ability, etc. of the candidates. The interview adopts a structured interview method, and the average score is calculated after removing one point and the lowest score from each evaluation element.
After the interview, the total score of the candidates will be calculated based on the ratio of written test and interview scores to 50% each. The written test, interview, and total score are scored on a hundred-point scale, accurate to two decimal places.
(3) Assessment and physical examination
Based on the total test scores, the personnel who will enter the assessment and physical examination range will be determined in a ratio of 1:1.5 from high scores to low scores according to the recruitment position. According to the relevant regulations for recruiting personnel in public institutions, applicants will be assessed and physically examined in equal amounts according to the recruitment positions and the total test scores from high scores to low scores. If there are candidates who apply for the same position (major) with the same total examination scores, those who have obtained professional and technical positions will be given priority in the assessment scope. If the professional and technical positions are still the same, the personnel who enter the physical examination range will be determined based on the written test scores from high to low. For those who fail the assessment and physical examination, the candidates who apply for the same position (major) and enter the assessment and physical examination range can be replenished in equal amounts according to the total score from high to low.
The assessment content is the overall performance of the candidates in their original units. It mainly includes ideological and political performance, moral character, ability and quality, work performance, compliance with laws and regulations, and whether evasion is needed. Assessment can be conducted in the form of reviewing files (original records), holding symposiums, individual interviews, etc.
Physical examinations are organized and implemented by the competent departments in general hospitals at or above the county level. The physical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the general physical examination standards for civil servant recruitment. The time for physical examination will be notified later.
(4) Publicity and Admission
Those who pass the examination, assessment, and physical examination will be publicized for seven days. For those who pass the announcement and meet the employment conditions, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will issue a "Public Institution Recruitment Notice". After the hiring personnel completes the relevant filing procedures, the legal representative of the recruiting unit or his client signs an employment contract with the hired personnel to establish the personnel relationship.
A probation period system is implemented for newly hired personnel. The probation period is 6 months. Those who are qualified at the end of the period will continue to be employed and enjoy various benefits of the unit where they work. Those who are unqualified will be terminated from the employment contract.
If the recruited personnel need to move or change their household registration relationship, they can go through the procedures for transferring or changing their household registration in accordance with relevant regulations after passing the probation period.
4. Organization, Implementation and Supervision
This recruitment work will be organized and implemented by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Municipal Economic and Information Technology Commission. The Municipal Discipline Inspection and Supervision Department supervises the entire process.
