Step 1: [Installation of zinc-steel balcony guardrail] Preparation:

1. Check all installation tools used before construction.

2. check the contents of the attachment list one by one, and check whether the installation accessories are complete.

step 2: railing assembly

1. during the guardrail assembly, the surface of the guardrail must be prevented from being scratched. The construction site should be paved with a flat carpet or soft paper pad.

2. when connecting the cross bar and the vertical bar, put the protective cover of the vertical bar in the A hole of the cross bar, knock it with a rubber hammer, and fix the protective cover on the cross bar. Insert the plunger into the hole A of the cross bar from the other end to the other end (the hole of the drill pipe should be in the same direction as the hole on the cross bar), and lock the tamper-proof screw on the drill bit. When installing the connecting block on the column, please ensure that only one direction of the connecting block is connected to the side column, and finally lock the anti-disassembly screw on the connecting block.

3. when connecting the surface tube to the chromatographic column, draw a line on the surface tube according to the drawing size. Make a self-tapping screw to fix it. Put the surface tube into the channel, tap it with a rubber hammer, and then tap it. 1 pull nail.

Step 3: Installation of railings

1. Grounding treatment should be carried out at the construction site first. Due to the installation of railings, the concrete at the grass-roots level should not be loose, and the installation height should meet the design requirements. The unevenness must be removed or repaired, and the concave surface is honeycomb. In severe cases, cement mortar should not be used for repair, but high-strength concrete should be used for repair, and it can only be repaired after a certain strength is installed.

2. Fix the surface pipe accurately, determine the position of the surface pipe installation card according to the height of the drawing, draw expansion screws, fix the fixed surface pipe on the wall, and then pull out nails to fix the surface pipe.

3. finally, when installing the chromatographic column, first lay a line on the base to determine the position of the fixed point of the chromatographic column, then drill a hole with an impact drill, and then install the expansion screw. After the screw is fixed, two people need to cooperate when tightening the screw. One person should keep the column vertical (horizontal). Do not shake when tightening the screw, and tighten the surrounding screws.

Step 4: Check the installation quality of the zinc-steel balcony guardrail

1. Observe the shape, size and installation position of the guardrail through observation, ruler inspection and entrance inspection records to meet the design requirements.

2. By checking the hidden engineering inspection records, check the limited points, specifications, locations and connection points of balustrades to meet the design requirements.

3. Through observation, ruler inspection and hand board inspection, it is confirmed that the height of the railing, the spacing of columns and the installation position must meet the design requirements, and the railing must be firmly installed without looseness.

4. The allowable deviation and inspection method for the installation of railings and handrails shall conform to the "Advanced Decoration Engineering Quality Inspection and Evaluation Standard".
