How to work in Tencent League of Legends?

I was lucky enough to get the offer from IEG League of Legends product department in Tencent campus recruitment on 20 16. The position is game planning, and two parties have been signed so far.

The recruitment route I participated in was 20 16 Tencent campus recruitment. The interview place is Wuhan, and there is no extrapolation. The preparation content is just a look at almost a dozen written interview experience posts on the Internet (mainly the forum for fresh graduates).

The written test time is 2: 30 pm and 90 minutes on September 5, and it consists of 40 multiple-choice questions (40 minutes) and 7 subjective questions (50 minutes). Multiple choice questions cover mathematics, tests and common sense, while subjective questions include permutation and combination, probability and game design. The overall difficulty is not great, and it feels good after writing.

The second side is1September 6 morning 10: 30. Interviewer is the boss of LOL product department, typical of stress interview. He spent more than a third of his time playing with his mobile phone and occasionally looking at each other, but I was completely indifferent. I always watch the big shots answer questions. The main issues revolve around game experience, project experience and career planning. After eating noodles, my palms were sweaty when I shook hands, but I still didn't get it. In addition, I received an all-English phone call from Shenzhen headquarters at 3: 30 in the afternoon, and the question was relatively simple.

The HR meeting was held on1September 7 1 1 morning. The interviewer is a good uncle and has never shown his pressure. General problems also revolve around the ideal of life.

At this point, all interviews are over.

Then there is the dawdling waiting period, during which there have been cases of passing all interviews but still being brushed off, and this situation has continued until 2 1 in the evening. 2 1 In the morning, I was fortunate to receive a phone call from the Human Resources Department of Tencent Shenzhen Headquarters 10. On the 22nd, both parties signed a contract at Hyatt Hotel next to Huake.

On the morning of 22nd, the contract was successfully signed on 10, and it is planned to join the company in June 20 16.

As for answering the main question, "What are the daily jobs?" I can't answer this until I have been working for one year.
