I. Recruitment Position and Plan
Hiring decision is planning to recruit 65,438+02 people for consulting and research positions. See Appendix 65,438+0 for professional requirements and job responsibilities.
Second, the registration conditions

(5) College graduates in 2023 refer to college graduates in 2023 who are included in the national unified enrollment plan (excluding entrusted students and orientation students) and should be able to graduate as scheduled and obtain a master's degree or above.
Non-Beijing students who graduated from colleges and universities in 2023 must meet the qualifications and conditions stipulated in the Measures for the Administration of the Introduction of Graduates in Beijing, and those who return to study abroad must meet the policy requirements of the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education on the employment registration of returned overseas students.
(6) The age of graduate students in 2023 shall not exceed 30 years old (1993 65438+ 10/born after), and the age of graduate doctoral students shall not exceed 35 years old (1 98865438+1 0/kloc).

Three. Recruitment procedures and requirements
(1) Online Registration

The registration time is from 9: 00 on February 23rd, 2023 to March 3rd, 2023 18:00.
(2) Prequalification
Our college organized the personnel department to conduct preliminary qualification examination on candidates' information.
Failing to send documents or related materials in the required format shall be deemed as unqualified in the preliminary examination.
Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process.
(3) written examination
Applicants are required to take a written test organized by Beijing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The examination time is Saturday, March 18, 2023, and the place will be announced separately.
The written test score is 100%, and the qualified score is 60 points.
Those who pass the written test are shortlisted for the additional test according to the ratio of 1:5 from high to low.

(4) Additional tests
At the end of March and the beginning of April, it is planned that the finalists will take the research ability test, and the specific time and place will be notified separately.

(5) Interview
The interview mainly examines the matching degree between the candidate and the required position.
The interview score is 100, and the qualified score is 60.
According to the ratio of 1:3, the interviewer is determined from high to low.
If the interviewer gives up, he can make up for it in proportion.
For positions that do not reach 1:3, the actual number of people shall not be less than the qualified line to participate in the interview.
Interviewers need to participate in mental health assessment.

(VI) Determination of comprehensive score
The scores of written test, extra test and interview are included in the comprehensive score according to the weights of 40%, 30% and 30% respectively.

According to the ratio of 1: 1, the candidates for physical examination and investigation are determined.
(7) Physical examination
It is determined that the personnel participating in the physical examination should cooperate with the designated hospital to complete the physical examination within the prescribed time limit, and the physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants.
Those who pass the physical examination are listed as the objects of investigation.
8. Investigation
Our college organized the personnel department to inspect the institutions where the subject was located, consult personnel files, talk with relevant comrades, verify the relevant situation, and understand the political performance, moral conduct, research ability and so on.
According to the need, you can also carry out extended inspection.
In case of medical examination, unqualified inspection, failure of fresh graduates to graduate on time, voluntary abandonment of candidates, etc., it will be decided whether to fill in the candidates or reduce or cancel the recruitment of relevant positions according to the situation.
(9) Publicity
Through investigation, it is determined that the object of investigation is the person to be hired (which can be less than the number of recruits), and it will be publicized on the website of our hospital for 7 working days.
No personnel will be replaced after the publicity begins.
(10) Handling employment procedures.
Personnel who have not received problems or problems during the publicity period will not affect the employment, and go through the employment procedures.
Employees shall sign employment contracts with institutions according to regulations, and if there is any breach of contract during the employment period, it shall be handled according to the terms of breach of contract.
Employed personnel shall be subject to probation management, and those who fail to pass the probation examination shall be disqualified, and the files shall be transferred to talent service institutions.
