Announcement on Public Selection and Appointment of Kindergarten Directors in Haizhou District

In order to accelerate the development of preschool education and broaden the channels for selecting and employing people, according to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit, it is decided through research to select and appoint kindergarten directors for the education system of the whole district. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Selecting positions

One director for Xinba Dajing Kindergarten, Banpu Luowei Kindergarten and Ninghai Gaozhuang Kindergarten.

II. Scope and target of employment

On-the-job personnel in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in Haizhou District education system who are suitable for early childhood education management.

III. Selection and appointment conditions

1. Good political and ideological quality, love of preschool education, law-abiding, decent style, healthy body and mind, advanced educational concept and strong management ability;

2. Have a junior college degree or above in preschool education, and have a kindergarten teacher qualification certificate, under the age of 45 (born after January 1, 1968);

3. I have served as the deputy director of kindergarten for more than one year, or have more than three years of first-line education and teaching experience in kindergartens and primary and secondary schools.

IV. Qualification examination

Participants shall provide the following (original and photocopy in one copy) as the basis for qualification examination:

Registration form, ID card, diploma (degree) certificate, pre-school education qualification certificate, personal appointment or work certificate.

All the above documents and materials are subject to the original, and only photocopies or other supporting materials are invalid, which is deemed as unqualified and disqualified from the interview.

V. Registration Method

1. Anyone who meets the above conditions and qualifications should register at the District Education Bureau (before registration, download and fill out the Registration Form for Kindergarten Directors in Haizhou District online);

2. Registration place: Office of District Education Bureau (Room 258);

3. Registration time: Friday, January 1th, 214.

VI. Selection and appointment procedure

1. The selection and appointment procedure consists of qualification examination, interview defense, organization inspection, publicity of candidates to be hired and formal appointment;

2. Those who have passed the qualification examination will attend the interview, and the specific time and place of the interview will be notified separately. The interview mainly examines the adaptability of the candidate and the position, the characteristics of the position, and the ability to analyze and judge problems and oral expression. The interview adopts a hundred percent system, and those with the top three scores are listed as the objects of organization investigation.

3. Organize an inspection tour with equal amount, mainly focusing on the candidates' ideological performance, moral quality, professional ability, work performance and other aspects, and finally determine the director candidate. After research, the Bureau Party Committee will publicize the post, and if there is any unsuitability, it will be postponed according to the score.

4. After publicity (one week) and no objection, formal appointment is made.
