With the approval of Tieling Municipal People's Government, municipal public institutions will open recruitment to the public in 2012. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. Recruitment units and number of positions

This time, there are 16 public institutions recruiting for the public, and there are 146 positions. For the recruitment units, number of recruitment positions, and job conditions, please refer to the appendix "2012 Open Recruitment Plan for Municipal Institutions".

2. Recruitment Scope and Targets

Applicants should be former college graduates (including college graduates) and some on-the-job professional and technical personnel.

3. Recruitment qualifications and conditions

(1) Applicants should meet the following basic conditions:

1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;

2. Abide by the Constitution, laws and regulations;

3. Have good conduct;

4. The academic qualifications, majors or skills required for the recruitment position (for specific conditions, please refer to the "Tieling City Public Recruitment Plan for Public Institutions in 2012");

5. Be in good health and meet the physical conditions required for the recruitment position;

6. Meet other conditions required for the recruitment position.

(2) Those who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply:

1. Those who are serving a sentence or reeducation through labor;

(4) Registration method and qualification review

Applicants should bring relevant materials to the registration location to register. When registering, fill in the "Registration Form for Open Recruitment of Staff by Tieling City Public Institutions" (in duplicate). After passing the qualification review, you must pay the registration fee of 100 yuan as required.

(5) Each applicant can only apply for one position.

5. Examination Method

The examination is divided into written examination and interview. This exam does not specify exam coaching books, nor does it hold or entrust any organization to hold exam coaching training classes.

(1) Written test

The content of the written test is the "Administrative Professional Ability Test", with a full score of 100 points.

(2) Interview

1. Based on the written test scores of the applicants, the candidates for the interview will be determined from high scores to low scores in a ratio of 1:3 according to the recruitment plan. Those with the lowest written test scores within the ratio will all enter the interview. (Education system stipulates separately)

2. The full interview score is 100 points, and the passing score is 60 points. Those who do not reach the passing score will not be hired.

6. Score calculation method

Total score = written test score × 40% + interview score × 60%. Round to two digits after the decimal point.

8. Physical examination and assessment

Based on the total test scores, the candidates for the physical examination and assessment will be determined from high scores to low scores in a ratio of 1:1 to the number of people in the recruitment positions. When there is a tie for the lowest overall score within the proportion, the candidate with the highest academic level and interview score will be entered in order. Physical examinations and assessments are organized and implemented by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

9. Announcement and Recruitment

Based on the total test scores and inspection results, the municipal public institutions’ public recruitment leading group will determine the candidates to be hired in equal numbers, and the process will take no less than 7 working days. public announcement. After the announcement, the employment procedures will be handled in accordance with relevant regulations. All employed personnel are required to report within 7 days from the date of receipt of notification. Those who fail to report within the deadline will have their employment qualifications revoked. The probation period for employed personnel is one year. Upon expiration of the probation period, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will organize a comprehensive assessment of them. Those who are qualified will be formally employed, and those who are unqualified will be terminated.

12. Applicants must provide relevant materials truthfully and fill in personal information truthfully. Once confirmed, no changes will be made. 13. The results of each stage of the examination will be announced promptly on the Tieling Personnel and Talent Network within 24 hours after the end of the examination.

14. The interview time and location will be announced separately.

15. After being hired, the current personnel shall terminate the personnel (labor) relationship with the original unit.
