4. The applicant's degree must be recognized by the state. The qualifications of students studying abroad shall be certified by the relevant departments of the Ministry of Education. 5. Candidates' majors should be filled out in strict accordance with the graduation certificate. The major required for the post refers to the 2023 Hunan Civil Servant Career Guidance Catalogue. The major studied has been included in the career guidance catalogue of civil servants in Hunan Province in 2023, but those who are not included in the recruitment position are not qualified to apply for the exam; If the major studied is not listed in the Catalogue of Career Guidance for Civil Servants in Hunan Province in 2023, it shall be determined by the competent department of the recruiting unit and reported to the comprehensive personnel management department of the institution at the same level for the record.

6. If the recruitment position requires teaching experience, the applicant must provide proof of teaching experience. Teaching outside the county, signed by the legal representative of the employer (legal person), sealed by the unit, stamped with the official seal of the education department at or above the county level (Annex 3), and provide social security certificates; Teaching in the county should be signed by the legal representative (legal person) of the employing unit, sealed by the unit (Annex 4), or provide social security certificate. If the recruitment position requires the household registration to be Youxian County, it is necessary to provide the household registration book with clear official seal or the household registration certificate of the police station.
