First, open selection of positions and numbers

Second, the scope of application and qualifications

(1) Scope of application

(2) Qualification

1. Applicants shall meet the basic conditions and qualifications stipulated in the Regulations on the Selection and Appointment of Leading Cadres of the Party and Government.

Third, the open selection process

The open selection work is carried out according to the steps of registration and qualification examination, written examination and interview, inspection and appointment.

1, Registration and Qualification Examination

Applicants should truthfully fill in the Registration Form for Tancheng County's Open Selection of Some Department-level Cadres (which can be downloaded from Tancheng Party Construction Network www.tc.linyidj.gov.cn), and submit materials (4 full-face color photos of the same bottom 1 inch, original and photocopy of ID card, diploma, degree certificate and family planning certificate) to the party group (party committee) of their unit and department, and each person is limited to one position. Units and departments of the party group (Party committee) after the preliminary approval, unified to the county open selection office registration.

After the registration, the county open selection office will conduct a unified qualification examination for the applicants. If the ratio of qualified applicants to selected positions is less than 5: 1, the employment plan will be reduced accordingly.

Qualification examination runs through the whole selection process. Those who do not meet the scope and conditions of application will be disqualified at any time.

2. Written test and interview

(1) written test. The written test adopts the way of unified proposition and centralized closed-book examination, which mainly tests candidates' mastery of the basic theories, basic knowledge and basic methods that leading cadres should have, as well as their ability to solve practical problems by using theories, knowledge and methods. After the written test, the interviewer will be determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1: 3 (the score will be kept to two decimal places, the same below).

(2) interview. The interview is conducted in a structured way, which mainly tests the candidates' comprehensive analysis, organization and coordination, logical thinking, language expression and ability to solve practical problems, as well as their adaptability to the selected positions. The interview results are judged by the interviewer on the spot, and the average score is determined by comprehensive calculation after removing a score and a minimum score. The interview results will be announced after the interview.

Calculate the comprehensive score according to the proportion of 50% written test and 50% interview. According to the comprehensive score, the candidates for each post are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of not less than 1: 1.5.

Step 3 investigate

According to the selection and appointment conditions of cadres and the requirements of the responsibilities of the selected posts, the subjects' morality, ability, diligence, performance and honesty are comprehensively investigated, and the inspection situation is quantified and scored to evaluate whether they are suitable and competent for the selected posts. The inspection score is divided into two parts: the inspection score accounts for 70%; The annual assessment results in recent three years account for 30%.

According to the proportion of written test, interview and inspection accounting for 40%, 40% and 20% respectively, the total score of each subject is calculated.

4. Appointment

After investigation, according to the total score from high to low, the personnel who are suitable and qualified for the post requirements are determined. If the total scores of applicants for the same position are the same, the candidates will be determined according to the written test scores from high to low; If the written test scores are the same, the candidates will be determined according to the interview results from high to low; If the interview result is still the same, it will be submitted to the Standing Committee of the county party committee for voting.

After the candidates are discussed and decided by the Standing Committee of the county party committee, they will be publicized before taking office. After the expiration of the publicity period, if no problems affecting the appointment are found, the appointment procedures shall be handled.

The probation period of the candidate to be appointed shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations. Those who pass the examination after the probation period are formally employed; Unqualified, according to the relevant provisions of the arrangement.
