With my own efforts and the support of my leadership, I was promoted from an ordinary electrical supervisor to a part-time electrical instrument workshop Technician position. During this period, in addition to being responsible for the electrical construction supervision of the workshops in the north and south factories, I also assumed the duties of a technician in the electrical instrument workshop. Although the workload is much heavier than before, it provides me with an opportunity to fully understand the company's entire electrical system, strengthens my understanding and mastery of the company's electrical system, and improves my understanding of when various types of accidents occur in some systems. The ability to independently analyze and deal with problems laid a good foundation for me to further engage in electrical technology work.
