Brief introduction of flame NC cutting machine

The process of flame cutting is essentially a process of burning the cutting material in pure oxygen, not a melting process.

The process of flame cutting is mainly manifested in the following processes:

(1) the metal surface at the starting point is heated to the ignition point by hot flame, and then starts to burn in cutting oxygen.

(2) Combustion reflects the progress to the lower metal layer.

(3) Eliminate the slag produced by combustion.

And (4) heating the upper metal layer at the front edge of the notch to the ignition point by utilizing the heat of the slag and the preheating flame, so that the upper metal layer can continue to generate combustion reaction with oxygen.

Flame cutting machine is widely used in machinery manufacturing and other industries. Because it has the following advantages:
