I am an ERP intern of UFIDA, and I have some questions to ask.

First of all, let me talk about my personal experience. I am 34 years old and have worked as an ERP implementation consultant 10 for many years. I did ERP software development when I just graduated from college, and later switched to be an implementation consultant. According to my personal experience, I'll give you some advice.

1. Since it is a large company, there must be many modules and functions of ERP, and of course there must be secondary development for enterprise customization. If you can understand the whole ERP system in the process of entering documents, it will be of great help to you in the future. Remember, ERP is enterprise resource planning, which is simply process management and data management.

2. Is your personal career plan to be a programmer or write code? ERP implementation consultant is a very good position. If you do it well, your annual salary will be very high. So you have to think it over first.

3. What position did the company give you when recruiting you? If you are worried that you will be eliminated after the probation period, you should know more about the company, but remember, don't overstretch and try imperceptibly. The deeper you know, the greater your development will be.

4. Just graduated, there is often a big gap between ideal and reality, so I hope you can keep a normal mind, be simple and practical, do your own work first, then consider the future, don't be arrogant, be really down-to-earth, just graduated, still very young, what you need is not a good position and company, but a good outlook on values and life.
