Pharmacists in hospitals are actually similar to this situation, and ordinary employees can look forward to retirement at a glance. There are few opportunities for management, but today, when the country strongly advocates pharmaceutical care, more and more pharmacists begin to contact the clinic, provide medication consultation and medication education, and participate in the design of clinical treatment programs. In terms of prospects, it is a little more open than licensed pharmacists, but it requires you to keep learning and the risks are great.

Having said that, I want to inform you that the current situation of pharmacists in China is like this, with low professional status and income. Let more people who intend to engage in the pharmaceutical industry see clearly that this profession is not as good as some institutions say. But if you are already engaged in this industry, licensed pharmacists should try their best to test the pharmaceutical system. One is the problem of income, and the other is the problem of proving one's ability.

At present, the income of licensed pharmacists is generally low, and of course the income of the whole pharmacist industry is not high either. The total income of large 3A hospitals in many first-tier cities is also around 6000~7000, which is far from the income of doctors. If you are in an individual pharmacy, it may be around 3000~4000, and large chain pharmacies may reach around 5000~6500.
